LE3 Engineering Services is a customer-driven company committed to providing expert services on medical equipment worldwide.

Founded in 2016 by Nelson Lacsina and Chris Marez, LE3 Engineering Services is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business dedicated to providing exceptional medical equipment services. Originally addressing gaps in linear accelerator services, we now offer comprehensive maintenance, repair, and relocation for various biomedical devices, including:

  • Oncology: Varian, Elekta, and Siemens Linear Accelerators; ARIA and Eclipse Software platforms.

  • Imaging: X-ray, Cath, C-arm, CT, PET CT, MRI.

  • Specialty Equipment: Anesthesia machines, ultrasound services and probe repair, respiratory ventilators, patient monitoring systems, sterilizers, and dialysis equipment.

In response to the increasing complexity of medical devices, LE3 delivers tailored full-service agreements designed to maximize equipment uptime through the expertise of their highly skilled engineers. Their offerings extend to capital equipment purchasing, relocation/removal/disposal services, as well as essential testing and certifications for decontaminating hoods, bio-safety cabinets, laboratories, and pharmacies. LE3 also provides clinical oncology physics support, dosimetry planning, network and security infrastructure consulting, and engineering program evaluations.

Additionally, LE3 resells refurbished capital medical equipment, such as Linear Accelerators, CT/MR, and Cath Labs.
